Community Acupuncture sessions happen in a calm, soothing, supportive group setting. Sessions are on a sliding scale, between $40-$70. By Appointment Only; no walk-ins at this time. Please book in advance. (Choose Community Acupuncture in H.T.A. booking portal below.)

(utilizing Nepalese 7-metal bowls, crystal bowls, gong, tingsha and more. Sound Healing helps to create peace within you and offer universal peace back to the community and all life on Earth. (Pre-registration is highly suggested as these events do sell out.) ​​

Connect with the beginning of summer — a season of maximum light, growth, and vibrant energy — through a nurturing Reiki-led Sound Healing experience.

This gentle gathering is designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect with yourself. Allow Reiki and sound to become a bridge between your heart, mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a journal or notebook, along with items to help you feel comfortable, which may include yoga mats, pillows, blankets, earplugs, and eye masks. Chairs will also be available.
